Your Opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our real estate team as Realtor Apprentices. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring real estate professionals to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in the early stages of their real estate careers.

As a Realtor Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced real estate agents and brokers to learn the ins and outs of the industry. You will assist in various aspects of the real estate process, including property research, client communication, property showings, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Shadowing and Assisting: Collaborate with seasoned realtors to observe and assist in property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Learn the best practices for presenting properties, answering client inquiries, and handling objections.

Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients. Analyze market trends, property values, and comparable sales to assist in pricing recommendations and investment opportunities.

Client Support: Provide support to clients throughout the buying or selling process. Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Administrative Tasks: Assist in managing administrative tasks such as maintaining client databases, organizing documents, and preparing marketing materials. Gain exposure to industry-specific software and tools.

Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and legal requirements.

Networking: Build relationships with industry professionals, including lenders, appraisers, and contractors. Attend networking events, open houses, and industry conferences to expand your professional network.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using technology, including database management and/or experience using a CRM
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Maine real estate license or currently enrolled in a Maine real estate licensure program

This Realtor Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain practical real estate experience. Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
